Joyce/Dayton offers a 401(k) plan with automatic enrollment. We match 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 5% of 401(k) contributions.
Vacation Benefits At-a-Glance
Joyce/Dayton observes 10 paid holidays per year and a 10 days of vacation per year, increasing by 5 days every 5 years up to 25 days.
